- 1 cup of raw lentils;
- 1 cup of diced carrots;
- 1 chopped onion;
- 2 seedless tomatoes;
- 1/2 cup of finely chopped olives;

- Mint to taste;
- Green onions to taste;
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
- Pepper to taste;
- Salt to taste.

Recipe # 3: lactose-free brigadeiro (wow!)

- 1 can of condensed soymilk;
- 1 tablespoon unsalted margarine;
